Privacy and data handling
How EANA Events uses account and event-operational information.
Information used by the service
EANA Events stores your sign-in identity, event membership, professional profile, participation response, travel itinerary, support needs, notice receipts, and event-arrival confirmation when those details are needed to operate your event.
Who can see it
Platform administrators can access the operational records for their events. Other participants receive only the professional directory details that you choose to make visible; they cannot see your email, travel, emergency-contact, dietary, accessibility, or organizer-note information.
Authentication, files, and email
Firebase provides authentication, protected application data, and private event-document storage. Resend delivers invitations and optional notice emails. Notice reading is recorded only when you explicitly open a notice in the application; email open and click tracking are not used for attendance or acknowledgement metrics.
Your choices and requests
You can control networking visibility and optional email preferences in your event profile. From Account, you can request a copy of your data or ask for account deletion. EANA reviews these requests before changing records that must remain in an event audit history.
Retention and contact
Event information is retained until EANA applies its approved event-data retention process. For access corrections, privacy questions, or urgent support, use the organizer contact shown in your event workspace.
